1. Brief Intro

1.8 Betasia.net adheres to the rules and regulations set forth by out partners’ site. In the event of disagreement or dispute, we will forward our player’s complaints to the respective support teams and provide our full support to address the situation and keep our player informed of the outcome of the decision. Upon due diligence, Betasia.net reserves the right to follow our partners’ final decision.
2. Opening An Account
2.1 In order to place a bet or play a game via the websites, You will need to open an account with Betasia.net. As part of opening your gaming account You will be required to provide authenticity and accuracy personal details such as Your name, date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address. If it is determined by the casino that any information it was given by the player is false, the casino reserves the right to suspend a player's account along with all relating cash-ins. 3.4 We do not accept any responsibility, and are not liable to You, if your bet or game using our products or services but are unsure of the meaning of any betting or gaming terminology.
3.5 Using electronic, mechanical, robotic or other devices to automatically make playing decisions is resolutely forbidden. If it is detected by the online casino that a player has violated this term, action may and will be taken including banning the player from future promotions and/or play, confiscating of net winnings, and the offering of such information to a casino industry database of restricted players. We reserve the right to void, refuse and reject any bets placed by players who are suspected of abnormal/irregular bets or use of artificial intelligence (bots).
3.6 It is important for You to be aware of the following username and password information:

3.8 We will not be liable if You disclose Your username, password, or account number to another party. If a third party becomes aware of your username, password or account number, then bets or wagers placed by third parties will be considered valid. You should contact us in any circumstances where You believe Your account has been compromised.
3.9 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the information supplied to us is at all times both accurate and current, and to advise us of any changes at the earliest opportunity. Failure to do so may cause your account to be suspended, if any routine verification checks raise a difference that we have not been made aware of.
4. Deposit and Withdraw Winning
4.1 The online casino only accepts deposits and processes your withdrawal in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
4.2 Deposits made by bank transfer, ATM or internet banking will not be charged by us.
4.3 The online casino maintains a maximum cash-out policy of MYR 30,000 per withdrawal.
4.4 Betasia.net follows strict and safe guidelines on transactions and will only credit your account balance upon confirmation of your deposit. Please keep your bank receipt or transaction reference ID as we might request it as proof of transfer.
4.5 You are advised to contact our customer service personnel after you have successfully completed the bank transfer. We will credit your account balance within 15 minutes upon confirmation.
4.6 The online casino reserves the right to withhold winnings until the identity of the winning person is verified satisfactorily. For this purpose, the online casino requires that Players provide their complete, current and full personal details, including username, account balance, current phone number and etc. For security purposes, we reserve the right to reject withdrawals should there be any discrepancies in the information provided during our verification process.
4.7 There will be no charge for withdrawals above MYR 100. There will be a 10% admin charge for any withdrawal below the amount of MYR 100.
4.8 The online casino maintains a zero-tolerance policy to fraud and utilizes a range of measures to identify fraudulent behavior. By opening an account, you have to understand that fraudulent behavior perpetrated against any Online Casino Operator or Payment Service Provider will result in the forfeit of the account balance held with the online casino. Betasia.net reserves absolute right to withhold a withdrawal if the account is under investigation for any fraudulent activities.
4.9 Where players are found to be participating in strategies or patterns of play that the online casino, in its sole discretion, deems to be abusive we reserve the right, prior to closing the account, to deduct any processing costs associated with the account from the value of the final payment. You will be notified in advance of any deductions of this nature being made.
4.10 You are reminded to print a copy of all transaction data, rules, payment methods and cancellation/refund methods in order to avoid misconceptions at a later time.
4.11 The online casino reserves the right to make final decision on transaction methods. The online casino may decide what constitutes a qualified transaction on a per transaction basis. Players agree that they may not make claim to entitlement at any time.
5. Placing Yours Bets
5.1 Your ability to place a bet is limited by the amount of money available in Your account. At the time Your bet is placed and accepted, the corresponding stake value is deducted from Your available account balance.
5.2 When betting online You must check that the bet instructions are correct before submitting for confirmation. However, with any submission we reserve the right to:
- refuse a bet;
- accept only part of a bet; or
- propose a different stake size or price for the selected bet.
5.3 We recommend that You retain a copy of any transaction records, merchant policies and/or our terms. If at any time there is disagreement regarding the bet details then we will refer to our records of the transaction and base our subsequent decision on this information.
6. Freezing and Closing An Account
6.1 There may be circumstances where we are required to freeze the monies in Your account which will prevent You from using the products on the website, and at the same time, supply relevant customer details to the applicable authority, regulator, external party etc. These actions will be taken where we have reason to believe that Your account may be used for, including but not limited to, the following activities:
- fraud or attempt to defraud;
- money laundering, including where this is linked to terrorist funding;
- jeopardizing the integrity of the sports or events on which we offer betting markets;
- involvement in collusion, match rigging or cheating of any kind;
- we have reason to believe You are under 18 years old;
- You are in a jurisdiction (or citizen of a jurisdiction) that makes the provision of our products or services to You or Your use of them illegal;
- You are trying to use our products or services from any other territory where we do not accept custom;
- Bonus or promotional abuse.
If our investigations are ongoing and unresolved issues remain then we will continue to freeze your account, or we may take the decision to close it.
6.2 We have the right to close your account at any time for any reason.
6.3 You can close your account at any time, so long as monies are not owed to us. If You want to close Your account You should inform us either via e-mail, using the details found in our Contact Us section. Should You wish to resume online gaming with us, You will be required to reactivate the existing account, as You cannot open a new account.
6.4 Once we receive confirmation that You wish to close Your account, if requested, You shall be sent the value of the balance currently in Your account by a method of payment determined by us. If at the time of requesting account closure there are still outstanding bets, where the result is not yet known, then if the bet/s subsequently wins the corresponding sums shall be sent, upon request, once the event has been settled.
6.5 You agree not to make any chargeback, reversals or cancel any deposits into your account. However, if these events take place You agree to refund and compensate us for such unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting Your deposit. It is agreed by You that charging back any valid deposited funds will be considered a breach of the terms and conditions listed herein and permit us to close Your account and terminate our relationship.
7. Errors or Omissions & IT Failures
7.1 If any sum is incorrectly credited to Your account or incorrect stakes are deducted You are obliged to notify us. We are permitted to reverse such credits and/or recover such sums from You, with interest, if withdrawn. If You use the sums improperly credited to place bets, or where stakes have not been deducted, we can void all such bets and reverse any winnings. If necessary, we are permitted to off-set any subsequent amounts You deposit or win with us to make good this liability.
7.2We shall not be liable to You if:
- account settlement (or other elements of the services) issues arise as a result of systems' errors, communications' errors, bugs or viruses; or
- damage to Your computer equipment or software results in a loss of data by You.
We also reserve the right to void all affected games and take necessary action to correct such errors. However we are not required to provide any back up network and/or systems or similar services.
7.3 You agree that we shall not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings, resulting from the websites, or products, failure to operate correctly because of, but not limited to the following:
- any delay or interruption in operation or transmission;
- system failures, software error bugs, viruses or other faults (including errors or omissions in content);
- any loss or corruption of data or communication or lines failure;
- any person's misuse of the websites (including content of such websites); or
- any other factors beyond our control.
8. Events Outside Our Control
8.1 If events occur which are outside our reasonable control then we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms. If any such events should arise our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the applicable event. The time for performing these obligations will then be extended by a period equivalent to the duration of such event. We will use our reasonable endeavors to resume normal operations despite the occurrence of any such event.
9.Fraud, Collusion and Unfair Advantage Programs
9.1The online casino is committed to a policy of ongoing fraud prevention and detection in all aspects of our gaming operation. We do not tolerate fraudulent activity of any sort on our site. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of any winnings and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution of the player in question.

You may be permanently banned from using our products and services, and your account may be terminated immediately if You attempt to collude, or actually collude with any other player.
9.4 Where possible, registered complaints will be investigated against players suspected of collusion. If we are made aware of suspected collusive behavior, during play, we may at our sole discretion decide to terminate suspected players access to the service and/or block their accounts. However under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss experienced by You as a result of the collusive or unlawful activity of any person using the service or software.
9.5 For the avoidance of doubt, collusion includes both hard or direct collusion and soft collusion, i.e. where a player acts differently against different opponents within the same game because of external influence.
9.6 You are not allowed to use any application, program or software, or any other advantage by external factors, to automatically play, including without limitation a robot, when using any of our products. Any such use will constitute a breach of these terms and without prejudice to any other right available to us we will:
- block Your access to the service and/or the network;
- terminate Your account and seize all the monies held in the account.
9.7 The software employed to both access and use the service contains certain features designed to detect the use of any application, program or software enabling automatic play on our websites. Use of such "bot" software programs goes against our terms as we regard it as putting other players at a disadvantage.

11. Promotions Terms
11.1 From time to time we offer new and/or existing players various promotional offers.
11.2 If there is any ambiguity between these Terms and the promotion's specific Terms, then promotion terms will prevail.
11.3 Promotional offers are restricted to one per player, unless otherwise stated in the terms. If multiple accounts have been found for one player, Betasia reserves the right to withhold any outstanding bonus balance.
11.4 The player will not be able to withdraw any winnings until all Participation terms for individual bonuses have been met. Or if Betasia is deems the winnings to be void.
11.5 We reserve the right to void the bonus if there is any suspicion of the promotion abuse.
11.6 Betasia employees and their family members and Betasia affiliate partners are not allowed to take part in any of these promotions.
11.7 All deposit bonuses must be claimed before the play starts. Or else no bonuses will be awarded after the player has started playing games in the casino.
11.8 Please note that the Welcome Bonus cannot be removed once issued.
11.9 If, while playing at this casino, you win a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such a nature arranged by the Casino.
11.10 All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purpose only, and you may not cash out the bonus. You may only cash out your winnings. In order to cash out any amount of money you must first complete the required wagering for the play bonus (the wagering amount will be specified under each promotion accordingly).
11.11 To be eligible for a bonus you must deposit a minimum of MYR 50.
11.12 If a deposit was made in a way that we can't verify your identity (e.g. Western Union) you will be required to prove that you are of legal age to gamble and that your account registration is correct. You will be required to fax us a photocopy of your passport, driving license, or both. The document must have picture.
11.13 On all promotional bonuses cash-out charges are the member responsibility.
11.14 Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the online casino, may result in cancellation of the player’s winnings.
